Compliance with sanitary measures
Access to the mountain for hiking and using the Sommet Saint-Sauveur chailift is accessible to the public to admire the colors, all in compliance with public health instructions. The collaboration and accountability of visitors is essential.
Several sanitary measures have been implemented on the site.
Please take into account that:
- Only payment by card will be accepted in all points of sale.
- Come alone (one person per family) to all points of sale (ticket booth and restaurant services).
- Wearing a face cover is mandatory in all indoor spaces.
- NEW: Starting October 3, a face cover is mandatory in the Parc F.U.N. site.

Plan Your Visit
At your arrival
- Go alone to the points of sale (ticket booth and restaurant services). The people accompanying you, must wait away from the points of sale;
- If you have downloaded your tickets on your phone, you must present it open with the tickets barcode on your screen which will be scanned through a plexiglass;
- If you have printed your tickets, you must present the sheets of paper open with the barcode visible, which will be scanned through a plexiglass;
- Respect the standards in place on the site, and comply with the directives, in particular with regard to sanitary measures and the new markers in place on the ground; New disinfection measures for commun areas such as washrooms and restaurant areas have been implemented;
- Respect the social distance rule of 2 meters, which is compulsory between each person;
- Bring your face covering which is mandatory in all indoor spaces and in the Parc F.U.N. site;
- Hand washing is mandatory;
- Cough in your elbow;
- Throw your tissues in the trash;
- Avoid handshakes;
- Only payments by card will be accepted at all points of sale (debit or credit);
What To Expect During Your Visit
- Several hand washing stations have been added to the site. It is mandatory to wash your hands before entering the site, before the ativities or using our services;
- You will notice that markers have been applied to the ground to indicate the physical distance to be respected;
- Access control is implemented in all of our services, activities and washrooms in order to comply with sanitary measures;
- The Main Pavilion will be accessible, but on a limited basis. Only the washrooms, Boutique and Customer Service counter will be accessible to customers;
- Wearing a face cover is mandatory in all indoor areas and in the Parc F.U.N. site;
- In the chairlift, wearing a face cover is mandatory for customers aged 10 years old and older who do not reside at the same address.
