Blog les Sommets
As soon as it arrives, it's gone: the summer of 2022 is already behind us. At Sommet Saint-Sauveur's Water Park, summer is a sprint in itself: to be able to open quickly and efficiently at the beginning of the season, to deal with the bad weather, to work in the sunshine and to coordinate the end of the season with the return to school constitutes a great collective effort in a short period of time. Like every summer, we met the challenge. We had the chance to enjoy a warm and sunny season playing in the water and having fun with loved ones. For that, we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you again! So it's officially time to say goodbye to summer and look forward to fall. No more heat, here come the colors!
Every fall, Sommet Saint-Sauveur fall foliage is in full swing in the valley. Very quickly, yellow, orange and red leaves appear in the foliage; a natural show is on display. Here, there are several ways to enjoy it. First, why not explore the mountain itself? For the colorful season, some trails will be open for hiking: take the Red Bird or La Plagne to go up and down the Sommet at your leisure. Also, the chairlift will be open! This will allow you to ascend in a different way and from a different angle - a breathtaking view of the Laurentians.
In addition to these activities, there is a lot more to be done in the Parc F.U.N. . You guessed it, fall and Parc F.U.N. go together very well! In the Viking, twirl through the leaves at full speed; fill up on colors at high speed! For a gentler, more contemplative ride, opt for a ride on the Dragon. Of course, our 6 ground rides as well as the Minigolf are still available for you to have fun on the mountainside. Finally, many surprises await you: singers, bands, fireworks, entertainment games, attendance prizes, Halloween events and more! And let's not forget the Hike x Yoga events that continue throughout the fall. There's plenty of fun to be had at Sommet Saint-Sauveur for the colorful season. Stop by and visit us 🍁
