So, you've reserved your places to visit us on the date of your choice. That's great news! We are very excited to have you. However, let's say the weather decides to act up or you just can't make it after all. What to do? This is where our rescheduling policy comes in. It will allow you to change the date of your visit to come and see us at another time; it's simple, quick and flexible!
So how does it work? First of all, it's important to know that the policy only affects purchases made in advance - that is, online. No tickets purchased on location the same day can be transferred. If you did purchase online and in advance, you will be able to access the form to request a date change. This form is available online and must be filled out at least 48 hours prior to the original visit date. It is therefore important to be aware of weather conditions or any scheduling conflicts before visiting us; if you wait too long, your admission may no longer be eligible for transfer.
When filling out the form, you will be asked for basic information and ticket numbers. The original date of visit and the desired reschedule date will also be required. Make sure that tickets are still available for the day you wish to visit; pro tip, this information is visible in our online ticketing system! Select the day of your choice and easily consult the number of remaining tickets. If all the conditions mentioned are met, your request will be accepted. Great! What's next? Simply show up on the new date and present your original tickets to us in order to gain access to the park. Let the fun begin!
