Under the authority of the Sales Supervisor, asigns tasks to the sales counter staff and assumes the duties of sales clerk.
Responds to the various requests of customers at the counter, deals with the sale of the various products of the company.
The position of Cashier requires the ability to process customers’ purchases efficiently and correctly, while delivering friendly and courteous service. Your skill on the computerized cash register system and your interpersonal skills help create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Receives and responds to inbound calls gather and verify required information. Actively listens to the customer, taking their request for products or services. Develops customer service solutions and/or suggests additional items, cross sell, up sell.
Asigns tasks to the Customer Service staff and acts as Customer Service clerk.
The Lift Operations Team Lead position is responsible for the daily operations of the lift ops department. He or she will be responsible for the performance of a team of Lift Operators to provide friendly, courteous and helpful guest service.
Ensures a reasonably safe skiing environment. Provides on mountain first aid assistance and evacuation, skier safety and other assigned duties. Each task requires a high level of decision making.
Loading and unloading guests on the lift. You will play a key role in providing a positive experience and exceeding guests expectations from adults to children to groups. A passion for working outdoors and enjoying everything that the alpine environment has to offer is a must. This position is suited to those who may not have a lot of snowboard or ski experience, but are looking to learn or want to get their foot in the door to the ski industry.
The candidate we are looking for is outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly, and is able to work effectively with other team members.
The Park Ranger is responsible for the daily maintenance of all terrain park zones including the shoveling, the installation and raking of all features, proper placement of all fencing, signs, markers and the documentation of all relevant information as per liability and risk management. The Park Ranger is also responsible to monitor rider/skier safety and report to patrol if any injuries occur. Monitoring the daily traffic and the documentation of all maintenance related to the upkeep of the features as required throughout the day, from wear and tear.
Duties include providing a loving and caring environment for children aged 1-5 years of age.
