Supervises and coordinates activities related to the preparation of meals and ensures the availability of food in the kitchen and cafeteria.
Asigns tasks to Bar staff and ensures the availability of bar supplies.
Collects money from the sale of foods and beverages from the cafeteria, ice cream stand or other food outlet.

Assisting with managing the daily operations of the cash registers and front end employees.
