Snow School Director | Sommet Edelweiss
Description
Come join the largest Snow School in the province! A motivating and stimulating job, a team of outstanding instructors and an enchanting work environment!
The responsabilities of the Snow School Director include: planning, organizing and implementing a high quality Snow School program that is stimulating and enjoyable for all participants.
This is a seasonnal job of approximatively 7 months (October to April).
Responsibilities
- Acts as a leader with all the instructors of his snow school;
- Supervises, in collaboration with the Head Coach, the Sommet Edelweiss Racing Team;
- Works as a team with the 5 others directors of les Sommets Snow Schools;
- Suggests ideas to improve the quality of private lessons and groups programs;
- Must be an advocate of exceptional customer service.
Experience requirements
Qualifications
Holds a Level III or Level IV Instructor Certificate from the Canadian Alliance of Ski Instructors (CASI).
