Boutique - Prior to your arrival

  • If you have flu like symptoms, gastroenteritis or anything similar to COVID ‑ 19, do not present yourself at the Sommet Saint-Sauveur FUN Parc and please call 1 877 644-4545 (toll free);
  • Do not show up at the Sommet Saint-Sauveur fun park if you have traveled outside the country in the past 14 days. Plan your visit by visiting our website;
  • Purchase your tickets in advance online at;
  • Please print or download your web tickets with a barcode via the link you received in a purchase confirmation email
  • We strongly suggest payment by card at all points of sale;
  • Based on government directives, some services or activities may be inaccessible for part or all of the season. To avoid disappointment, please consult the website;
  • Plan to have an adequate supply of alcohol-based hand soap and /or sanitizing gel for your family and loved ones for the day;
  • *IMPORTANT Bring your own mask because it will be mandatory in all public indoor venues

Civility, patience, and courtesy are essential

  • Respect the standards in place on the site, and comply with the directives, in particular with regard to sanitary measures;
  • Respect the social distance rule of 2 meters, which is compulsory between each person;
  • Face-mask is mandatory at any time for all on the Parc F.U.N
  • Hand washing is mandatory;
  • Cough in your elbow;
  • Throw your tissues in the trash
  • Avoid handshakes;
  • Come alone to the ticket office or reception. Those accompanying you must wait outside or preferably wait for you in the vehicle;
  • Disinfect your hands using the alcohol based gels or the sinks made available to you;
  • If you have to pay on site, choose a card payment method.

If you develop flu-like, gastroenteritis or COVID-19-like symptoms within a few days of your return, contact the COVID-19 Information Line at 1-877-644-4545.

We accept returns (exchanges and refunds) at our stores with additional health and safety precautions. Check out the updated store hours at Sommet Saint-Sauveur.

Please follow these instructions:

Return the unused/non-damaged item in the original packaging with all instructions, parts and accessories to ensure proper credit is issued to your account.

Bring your receipt with you to the store as proof of purchase and the amount paid.

Exchange or credit (gift card), items must be returned within 30 days of confirming your purchase.

Refund: Items must be returned within 15 days of your purchase.

If your purchase was made in whole or in part with a gift card, the in-store refund will be made in the same form as the original payment, so you will receive a new gift card if the promotion is still in effect. If the promotion is no longer in effect, you will receive a refund with a gift card in the same amount as the promotional card.

IMPORTANT: The following products cannot be returned: stockings, mouth guards, women's, girl's and girl's swimwear and underwear. All merchandise exchanges and returns will be disinfected and quarantined before being made available to customers.
