Program for any athlete aged 16 and over who wishes to maintain an involvement in ski racing, in a stimulating and flexible training environment.
Training and race supervision for a total of 52 days including the races.
The December Super Series at Sommet Saint-Sauveur and Tremblant, all the races of the provincial junior championship (CJP) and the DLS invitation race.
Generally Saturdays and Sundays, the Christmas camp and 4 or 5 Fridays preceding the races.
Participants will also be able to add the optional 4 slalom mornings in December, the Option program and various camps allowing the number of days to be increased significantly.
The training is mainly done at Sommet Saint-Sauveur and Sommet Olympia but it will be done occasionally at Sommet Gabriel and Sommet Morin Heights or in joint training with other clubs outside les Sommets. Please visit the Racing team's website for more information at

Beginning of dry-land training: September 27, 2020
Beginning of on snow training: November 7, 2020
Duration of lessons (at the mountain when there is no race):
• 4 Fridays between 3 and 5 hours
• Saturdays, Sundays and Christmas camp: 5 hours on snow
Number of supervision days: 52 days


This program is aimed primarily at skiers who already have racing experience.


Transportation, food, accommodation, races fees, FIS and DLS card are not included.
