Sommet Edelweiss is a jewel in the region's crown, offering a wide range of activities for tubing enthusiasts to snow park module fans.


As a member of the Customer Experience Team, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for managing the work of the staff assigned to the sales counter and will perform the duties of a Sales Attendant.





  • Greets customers and sells the various products available at the counter. Ensures that everyone understands sales procedures.
  • Takes necessary actions to meet staffing needs, assigns staff to different workstations, ensures task rotation, and communicates any special situations to supervisor.
  • Demonstrates work methods and monitors task performance; counsels staff on complex cases.
  • Ensures smooth flow of customer traffic and takes necessary steps to maximize efficiency of services provided.
  • Ensures that all employees are clocked in. Prepares work schedules based on anticipated customer traffic and employee availability.
  • Acts as a resource person when warranted by events or the severity of the dispute; refers more complex cases to the supervisor.





2 years of sales or customer service experience required





High school diploma plus at least one year of post-secondary education or equivalent (DEP)

  • Excellent judgment
  • Ease of learning
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous resolutions to customer concerns on a daily basis while seeking new methods to increase customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 3rd language a plus
