Investing in Excellence: Reimbursement Program for Quality Services
To ensure the quality of our services, we require mandatory training, either certification in partnership with the Alliance of Canadian Ski Instructors (CSIA) or the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI).
We understand that this may be an initial investment, which is why we offer reimbursement for this training after one year of employment (subject to certain conditions), and one of the training options is available at a lower cost thanks to one of our partnerships.
Be sure to confirm your return for the following year to qualify for this reimbursement. We value your long-term commitment and look forward to welcoming you to our team!

3. Follow The Training Workshop
Our in-house coaches will help you prepare based on the certification requirements necessary to teach skiing or snowboarding. When the time comes, they will invite you to sign up for the exam to become certified, offered by the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance or the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors.
