The system pilot acts as a technical intermediary between development teams, suppliers, and end users. They monitor and ensure the proper functioning of IT systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyze incidents, and manage configuration and change coordination. Ultimately, they provide support by ensuring technology aligns with functional requirements.
