Water park tickets - Change of booking date
It is possible to change the date of your visit to Sommet Saint-Sauveur Water Park. However, you must respect the following conditions:
- Fill out the following form
- Your request must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before the date of the initial visit.
- Tickets must be available (inventory) on the day of your postponement request.
- Your request will be automatically accepted if you comply with conditions 1, 2, and 3.
- A customer service agent will contact you ONLY if your request is not applicable.
Acro-Nature tickets - Change of booking date
It is possible to change the date of your visit to Acro-Nature of Sommet Morin Heights. However, you must respect the following conditions:
- Fill out the following form
- Your request must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before the date of the initial visit.
- Tickets must be available (inventory) on the day of your postponement request.
- Your request will be automatically accepted if you comply with conditions 1, 2, and 3.
- A customer service agent will contact you ONLY if your request is not applicable.

Tickets - Change of date
It is possible to change the date of your visit. However, you must respect the following conditions:

- Your request must be submitted a Maximum to 23:59pm before the date of the initial visit.
- Tickets must be available (inventory) on the day of your postponement request.
- Your request will be automatically accepted if you comply with conditions 1, 2, and 3.
- A customer service agent will contact you ONLY if your request is not applicable.
Request for postponement to the following season
You bought a product that you would need to postpone until next season? Complete this form, taking care to indicate which products you wish to keep for the current season and which products you wish to postpone to next season.
*Until december 15, 2022 to send your postponement request for your Season pass 2022-2023.
Postonement request for Snow School programs is no longer available.
Credit or refund request
Do you want to request a credit or refund for a product purchased during the current season?
Complete this form, taking care to select the products for which you want a credit or a refund.
Effective December 16, 2022 the cancellation policy applies and the application must be submitted before March 16, 2023. (See policy details)
Ski Guarantee: The application for the 2022-2023 season passes had to be submitted before December 15, 2022
Last winter - Requests for the 2021-2022 seasonal subscriptions had to be submitted before March 15, 2022. No exceptions will be accepted.
Daily ticket: Daily tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the correct date change form. Do not fill out this form.
Waiting list - Racing team
We are now taking names for the 2022-2024 season.
Some Racing Teams are currently "full" for this season. However, it is possible to add your child's name to a waiting list. A Club member will contact you if a place becomes available. This list is now the only one used to count people waiting.
It is also possible to add your child's name for next season.
