POLICIES OF THE GARANTIE SKI LES SOMMETS WINTER 2023-2024

Terms of the Garantie Ski les Sommets

SEASON PASSES

• The member is entitled to obtain a credit or a full refund of a season pass or the postponement of his 2022-2023 season pass to the 2023-2024 season without justification if:

• The member has not used his season pass before December 15, 2023.

• The request must be submitted no later than December 15, 2023.

• The request is completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.

• The cancellation policy (see table below) applies if the member has used his season pass before December 15, 2023.

COVID-19

• It is understood that the sanitary measures required by Public Health must be observed at all times and it is possible that these measures may change during the season.
• After December 15, 2023, no refund related to sanitary measures wil be accepted, even if the measures change during the season.

SNOW SCHOOL PROGRAMS, MUGOLS TEAM, SNOPRK TEAM

If the first lesson or first training has not started:

• The buyer is entitled to a credit or a full refund of the program without justification if:
• The request is submitted no later than 24 hours before the start of the program, either Friday January 12, 2024 if the lesson starts on Saturday January 13, 2024 or Saturday January 13, 2024 if th lesson starts on Sunday January 14, 2024 or according to the date of the start of the specific program (Moguls Team, SNOPRK Team and certain programs).
• The request is completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.

CANCELLATION POLICIES SEASON PASSES WINTER 2023- 2024

Terms of the cancellation policy

NO REIMBURSEMENT – CLOSURE OR REDUCED OPERATIONS

No reimbursement, total or partial, of products or services purchased by the season pass holder, nor any compensation for any harm or inconvenience whatsoever is admissible against the station with the fact that the station cannot operate its facilities and offer all its services at full capacity, taking into account, in particular but not limited to, weather conditions, snow conditions, client traffic, lack of manpower, health situation, power outage, government order limited operations or any other cause preventing the station from operating all of its chairlifts and/or make all his installations accessible to the season pass holder.

The member is entitled to obtain a credit:

• If your request is related to an inability to practice ski or snowboard with a medical proof.
• In the form of a les Sommets gift card.
• Based on the number of days of use (see table below) of the season pass.
• Administrative fees of $40 + taxes are applicable.
• No season pass transfer is allowed.

SNOW SCHOOL " DAY OFF " POLICY 2023-2024

(Non applicable on the Mugels Team, SNOPRK Team and certain Snow School programs identified below)

As a bonus to the vast majority of our programs, you could use a « Day Off ». This day allows you to postpone free of charge and no matter the reason, a (1) lesson at the end of the programs. Whether because of illness, an anniversary, an important meeting, the weather or simply because you want to rest.

Conditions: these programs are composed according to the station of 7 or 9 courses spread over 8 or 10 weeks including the « Day Off »:

Sommet Saint-Sauveur, Sommet Morin Heights, Sommet Olympia & Sommet Gabriel

Regular Programs*

Are made up of 9 lessons spread over 10 weeks including the « Day Off », from Saturday January 13 or Sunday 14, 2024 to Saturday March 16 or Sunday March 17 2024. The customer who wishes to benefit from « Day Off » during the season, will be able to resume the failed lesson on the last day scheduled for Saturday March 16 or Sunday March 17, 2024, but only if the weather conditions, snow conditions and the context allow it.

Restrictions: les Sommets reserve the right to cancel and/or postpone any lesson of the Snow School in the event of force majeure or for any other reason out of its control which would prevent it from offering this lesson on the scheduled date Initially, in particular for reasons linked to the weather and snow conditions, a break in equipment, an ordered closure by the municipal or government authorities in connection with the health situation, a shortage of labor, or for any other reason deemed valid by les Sommets. In the case of the cancellation of a lesson for the reasons set out above, les Sommets reserve the right to postpone this lesson during the last weekend, on Saturday March 16 or Sunday March 17, 2024.

It is understood that despite the possibility for the customer to benefit from a « Day Off » or despite the possibility for les Sommets to cancel/postpone a course, les Sommets undertake to offer a minimum of 9 lessons. The 10th lesson scheduled for the last weekend of March 16 or 17, 2024 is not a service for which the customer pays, but this is a free service offered as a bonus by les Sommets and in no case , les Sommets will not be forced to offer this 10th lesson or make a refund if les Somemts are unable to offer this 10th lesson for the reasons set out above.

- Pre-instructor and assistant in all the ski  stations:Lessons from Saturday January 6 & Sunday January 7, 2024 to Saturday March 16 & Sunday March 17, 2024 including the « Day Off ».

- Masters Series at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: Lessons from Saturday January 6 2024 to March 9 2024 including the « Day Off ».

- Skipping School at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: Lessons from Tuesday January 9 or Wednesday January 9 or Friday January 12, 2024 to Tuesday February 27 or Wednesday Fabruary 28 or Friday March 1, 2024 including the « Day Off ».

- Parent in a lesson at Sommet Saint-Sauveur & Sommet Olympia: Lessons from January 27, 2024 to Saturday March 9, 2024 including the « Day Off ».

The « Day Off » IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE PROGRAM BELOW:

 - Masters Series 10 training at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: 10 training sessions either Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon starting Tuesday January 11, 2024.  No training on Tuesday March 5 and Thursday March 7, 2024 due to the School Break.

- Masters Series 20 training at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: 20 training sessions on Tuesday morning and on Thursday afternoon starting Tuesday January 9, 2024.  No training on Tuesday March 5 and Thursday March 7, 2024 due to the School Break.

- Snoprk les Sommets development 25 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: Christmas Camp from December 27 to December 29, 2023 followed by 11 consecutive Saturdays and Sundays starting Saturday January 6, 2024 to Sunday March 17, 2024.

- Mugels Team 40 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: Dry land training starting October 22, 2023.  Saturday and Sunday Program. On snow training starting Saturday December 2, 2023 to Sunday March 31, 2024.  Christmas Camp on December 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 2023.

- Snoprk les Sommets development 25 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: Saturday and Sunday Program starting Saturday December 9, 2023 and ending Saturday April 6, 2024.  Christmas Camp from December 27 to 29, 2023.

- Mugels Acrobatz 24 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur: Dry land training starting October 22, 2023.     Program mostly on Saturdays.  On snow training starting Saturday December 2, 2023 to March 31, 2024.  Christmas Camp on December 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 2023.

- Mugels Team 40 days at Sommet Gabriel: Program on Saturday and Sunday.  On snow training starting Saturday December 2, 2023 to March 31, 2024.  Christmas Camp on December 27 to 30, 2023 and January 3, 4, 2024.

Versant Avila & Sommet Edelweiss

- Regular programs*

Are made up of 7 lessons spread over 8 weeks including the « Day Off », from Saturday January 13 or Sunday 14, 2024 to Saturday March 2 or Sunday March 3 2024. The customer who wishes to benefit from « Day Off » during the season, will be able to resume the failed lesson on the last day scheduled for Saturday March 2 or Sunday March 3, 2024, but only if the weather conditions, snow conditions and the context allow it.

- All terrain AM and All terrain PM at Sommet Edelweiss: Lessons from Saturday January 6 or Sunday January 7, 2024 to Saturday March 9 or   Sunday March 10, 2024. Including the « Day Off ».

- Pre-competition at Sommet Edelweiss: Lessons from Saturday January 6 or Sunday January 7, 2024 to Saturday March 9 or    Sunday March 10, 2024. Including the « Day Off ».

- Pre-instructor at Sommet Edelweiss: Lessons from Saturday January 6 or Sunday January 7, 2024 to Saturday March 9 or    Sunday March 10, 2024. Including the « Day Off ».

- Thursday Night Lesson at Sommet Edelweiss: Lessons from Thursday January 4, 2024 to Thursday February 29, 2024 including the « Day Off ».

The « DAY OFF » IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE PROGRAM BELOW:

- Parent-child lesson at Sommet Edelweiss: 

Lessons from Saturday January 6 or Sunday January 7, 2024 to Saturday January 27 or    Sunday January 28, 2024.

Lessons from Saturday February 10 or Sunday February 11, 2024 to Saturday March 2 or    Sunday March 3, 2024.

POLICIES ON ACCESS TICKET LES SOMMETS

Refund: The access tickets are not refundable and not exchangeable at all times.

Procedures for requesting a change of date of an access ticket

- Access ticket with a specific date:

• The request must be made maximum 24 hours before the initial date to be elligible.
• The request has to be completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.
• No exception will be accepted.
• No request for a change of station will be accepted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS & ADDITIONNAL INFORMATIONS

• Credits ar subject to acceptance and approval by les Sommets de la Vallée Inc. and we reserve the right to change the policy at any time during the season.
• Please note that management reserves the right to change pricing and opening hours for all it’s Summits without notice.

In the event that les Sommets is unable to offer or postpone Snow School lessons or training before the end of the 2024-2025 season:

The buyer is entitled to a credit:

For the lessons or trainings that have not taking place (excluding the « Day OFF » that is offered to you for free).

No administrative fees applicable.

  December 27 to 30, 2024 and January 2, 3, 2025.

Programs at Versant Avila and Sommet Edelweiss

Regular programs*

WEATHER GUARANTEE

10 minutes continue of rain before the opening and 4 pm, one free ticket

Terms:

If between the opening and 4 pm:

We have to close all Water Park activities for more than 10 minutes.

AND/OR

If it rains for more than 10 consecutive minutes resulting in a completely soaked asphalt.

You will have a personalized revalidated ticket for a later visit to the Water Park. Valid until September 2, 2024.

What this guarantee applies to:

This guarantee is only applicable to the Water Park ticket.

Not applicable on:

- No product from the Parc F.U.N.
- Rental of Cabanas or Gazebos
- Lunch trio
- Lockers
- Members of a group outing and bus
- Pass Members of the Water Park

- Unlimited PM Package holders will receive a Daily Water Park ticket (Not including Viking, Dragon and Minigolf.)

Functioning:

You must present yourself before 7 pm at one of the coupon delivery stations which will be announced over the speakers in order to request the Weather Guarantee. You will receive your personalized revalidated ticket for your subsequent visit valid until September 2, 2024.

YES, YOU CAN ALSO END YOUR DAY AT THE WATER PARK IN ADDITION TO ENJOYING YOUR REVALIDATED TICKET DURING A SUBSEQUENT VISIT.

On your next visit, you will need to present the revalidated ticket along with photo ID.

2024 Season Pass

The member is entitled to a credit or refund of their membership or carryover their 2024 membership to the 2024 season without justification if:

• The member has not used the membership by July 8, 2024.
• The application must be submitted no later than July 7, 2024.
• The application is completed on gopasse.com by filling out the application form.

Credits are subject to acceptance and approval by Les Sommets de la Vallée Inc. and we reserve the right to modify this policy at any time during the season.

DAILY TICKET

Cancellation policy for daily tickets of Sommet Saint-Sauveur Water Park :

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable at any time.

Date change policy: Request must be made MINIMUM 48 hours prior to the scheduled date to be accepted.

The request must be made on gopasse.com by filling out the form.

No exceptions will be accepted.

SEASONAL PASS

REGULAR SEASON

Water Park season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, at the beginning of the season, clients can take advantage of the Guaranteed Season (see details above).

SEASON IN CONTEXT COVID-19

If we are required to close the Waterpark prior to August 1, 2024, due to Covid-19, memberships may be carried over to the 2025 summer season or you may receive a pro rata membership credit for the usage with the membership.

• F.U.N. Park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Valid at all times until September 4, 2023.

• The total amount of the stay is payable at the time of reservation.
  
  
• No refund for late arrivals or early departures.
  
  
• For any cancellation more than 8 days before the arrival date, you will get a full refund minus an administration fee of 40$ + taxes.
  
  
• For any cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date, you will get a 50% refund.

• The total amount of the stay is payable at the time of reservation.
