Updated: December 31 2021

COVID-19 update and health measures

Following the government's announcement of December 30th, 2021, we are obliged to make specific operational changes to our stations.

Restaurants

Our cafeterias continue to operate with a wide selection of take-out food. Customers can pick up a hot or cold meal in one of our cafeterias and eat outside or in their vehicle.

The resto-bars will also be closed until further notice.

Chalets

Chalets will be accessible to you, at reduced capacity, to warm up or go to the bathroom. The maximum time inside the chalets will be 20 minutes. It will be forbidden to eat inside the cottages, whether a meal or a snack.

Boutiques

The boutiques will be open from Monday to Saturday, therefore closed on Sundays until further notice. As a result, the capacity inside will be reduced. However, emergency items will be available through our rental services.

Chairlifts

The lift used by guests of the same household (family bubble) is preferred. Masks and distancing are strongly recommended in the waiting lines and on the chairlifts.

Other services

At this time, all services such as access to lockers, rentals, workshops and lessons are maintained.

IMPORTANT

Due to various sanitary measures and staffing shortages, it is also possible that some of our services will be closed during your visit. In addition, the capacity of the chalets/lodges is also limited. Therefore, we strongly recommend our clients to have a plan B.

We want to thank our clients in advance for their usual cooperation in respecting these measures and thus allowing us to continue our ski season in complete safety.

COVID-19 vaccine passport

Vaccine passport deployment

Vaccine passports (for those 13 years of age and older), along with official proof of identity, are now mandatory for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing.

Vaccine passports must be validated in person at one of our customer experience desks. Our 5 mountains offer the possibility to validate your vaccine passports, print and retrieve your season pass. No activation will be done by phone or internet. This measure does not apply to 0-12-year-olds.

Places and activities requiring the vaccine passport*:

  • Skiing and snowboarding - yes
  • Alpine touring, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing - no
  • Snow tubing - yes
  • Restaurants, cafeterias and Lunch box areas - yes
  • Viking and Dragon - yes
  • Customer Experience Counters - no
  • Boutique - no

Please note that all other health measures continue to apply. Validation of proof of vaccination is not a business decision but a government order issued by decree.

* Please note that these activities follow the requirements and information issued by the government and may change at any time.
