Our Easy Street resto bar, one of the busiest in the area, is the place to grab a bite to eat after a day of skiing. The kids can enjoy a hot chocolate while friends gather for a drink. The relaxed atmosphere and views of the slopes are sure to please everyone!

 

The cafeteria offers a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to warm the soul and satisfy the hunger of young and old alike.

 

The kitchen team leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating all food preparation activities, whether for the resort's resto bar or cafeteria.

 

 

Responsabilities

 

  • Coordinates kitchen staff, establishes schedules, and assigns tasks

  • Demonstrates work methods and supervises their implementation

  • Prepares meals in accordance with quality standards and food costs

  • Maintains food inventory and prepares necessary purchase orders

  • Oversees the receipt and inspection of merchandise

  • Contributes to service as needed

 

 

Experience

 

2 years experience in a similar position and/or sous chef required

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Hygiene and Food Safety – Food Handler certification (an asset)

  • Cooking course from a recognized organization (an asset)

 

 

Required skills

 

  • Leadership

  • Independence and resourcefulness

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Versatility

  • Sense of initiative

  • Concentration (in a noisy and hectic environment)
