Don't let the weather dictate your fun! Thanks to the Sommet Saint-Sauveur’s Water Park Weather Guarantee, even cloudy days are fun.
Conditions:
If we have to suspend all Water Park activities for more than 10 minutes between 10 am and 4 pm, you'll be eligible.
AND/OR
If it rains for more than 10 consecutive minutes between 10 am and 4 pm, completely wetting the asphalt.
You'll be given a personalized, revalidated ticket, free of charge, so you can return to experience the adventure at the largest Water Park in a mountain setting on the date of your choice, when the sun returns.

To benefit from the Weather Guarantee, please arrive before the Water Park closes at one of the coupon redemption stations, which will be announced over the public address system.
You will then receive a personalized, revalidated ticket, valid for a future visit, until September 1, 2025.

Season in the context of COVID-19
If we must close the Water Park before August 1, 2025 due to COVID-19, memberships may be deferred to the 2026 summer season, or you may receive a credit for your Season Pass based on the usage made with the Season Pass.
For any cancellation from 7 days to 24 hours before the arrival date: you will get a 50% refund.
For any cancellation 24 hours or less before the arrival date: no refund.

Responsibility policy
The rental includes insurance limited to damage caused by normal use of the bicycle. The insurance does not cover loss or theft of the rented bicycle and/or equipment.
The customer undertakes to take the greatest care of the rented bicycle and/or equipment.
Les Sommets de La Vallée reserves the right to terminate the rental without reimbursement for any customer who does not make normal and respectful use of the rented property.
In the event of breakage caused by improper use, the customer could be held responsible for costs related to the repair of the rented bicycle and/or equipment.
Distribution and return of equipment
Distribution of equipment:
The bike will be delivered to the ROCKLIFF Café at Sommet Morin Heights between 9 am and 4 pm on the day of your reservation only.
When returning the equipment, receive 15% off in-store products. The purchase must be made the same day.
When collecting the equipment you must:

Refund Policy:
No refunds or credits will be given after taking possession of the equipment. If necessary, you can change the size depending on availability.

SNOW SCHOOL « DAY OFF » POLICY 2024-2025
(Non applicable on the Mugels Team, SNOPRK Team and certain Snow School programs identified below)
As a BONUS to the vast majority of our programs, you could use a « Day Off ». This day allows you to postpone free of charge and no matter the reason, a (1) lesson at the end of the programs. Whether because of illness, an anniversary, an important meeting, the weather or simply because you want to rest.
Conditions: these programs are composed according to the station of 7 or 9 lessons spread over 8 or 10 weeks including the « Day Off »:

Regular programs*
Are made up of 9 lessons spread over 10 weeks including the « Day Off », from Saturday January 11 or Sunday January 12, 2025 to Saturday March 15 or Sunday March 16, 2025. The customer who wishes to benefit from « Day Off » during the season, will be able to resume the failed lesson on the last day scheduled for Saturday March 15 or Sunday March 16, 2025, but only if the weather conditions, snow conditions and the context allow it.
Restrictions: les Sommets reserve the right to cancel and/or postpone any lesson of the Snow School in the event of force majeure or for any other reason out of its control which would prevent it from offering this lesson on the scheduled date Initially, in particular for reasons linked to the weather and snow conditions, a break in equipment, an ordered closure by the municipal or government authorities in connection with the health situation, a shortage of labor, or for any other reason deemed valid by les Sommets. In the case of the cancellation of a lesson for the reasons set out above, les Sommets reserve the right to postpone this lesson during the last weekend, on Saturday March 15 or Sunday March 16, 2025.
It is understood that despite the possibility for the customer to benefit from a « Day Off » or despite the possibility for les Sommets to cancel/postpone a course, les Sommets undertake to offer a minimum of 9 lessons. The 10th lesson scheduled for the last weekend of March 15 or 16, 2025 is not a service for which the customer pays, but this is a free service offered as a bonus by les Sommets and in no case , les Sommets will not be forced to offer this 10th lesson or make a refund if les Sommets is unable to offer this 10th lesson for the reasons set out above.

If a lesson is canceled for any of the above reasons, les Sommets reserves the right to reschedule it for the final weekend, either Saturday, March 14, or Sunday, March 15, 2026. It is understood that, despite the customer's option to use a "Day Off" or les Sommets' right to cancel or postpone a lesson, les Sommets commits to providing a minimum of 9 lessons. The 10th lesson, scheduled for the final weekend of March 14 or 15, 2026, is not a paid service but rather a complimentary bonus offered by les Sommets. Under no circumstances will les Sommets be obligated to provide this 10th lesson or issue a refund if it is unable to do so for any of the reasons stated above.

It is not a paid service, and under no circumstances will les Sommets be obligated to provide this 8th lesson or issue a refund if it cannot be offered for any of the previously stated reasons.

POLICIES ON LES SOMMETS ACCESS TICKETS
Refund Policy:
Access tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable at all times.
Procedure for Changing the Date of an Access Ticket:
For access tickets with a specific date:
The request must be made at least 24 hours before the original date to be eligible.
The request must be completed on Gopasse.com by filling out the designated form.
No exception will be accepted.
No station change requests will be accepted.

Management reserves the right to change pricing and operating hours for all les Sommets locations without notice.
Context
Les Sommets is a legal entity operating in the recreational tourism industry. It manages 6 establishments offering skiing and various outdoor activities located in the Laurentians and Outaouais regions.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure the protection of personal information and to govern the manner in which les Sommets collects, uses, communicates, retains or otherwise manages such information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the governance of personal information (hereinafter "Bill 25").
In this policy, les Sommets details the measures it has put in place to guarantee the security of personal information
Application and personal information covered by this policy
This policy applies to les Sommets' officers, employees, consultants and volunteers, as well as to any person who otherwise provides services on behalf of les Sommets.
For the purposes of this policy, personal information is information about an individual that directly or indirectly identifies that individual. For example, it could include a person's name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, banking information, health information, ethnic origin, language, etc.
Sensitive personal information is information about which there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Examples include health information, banking information, biometric information, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, and so on.
Generally speaking, an individual's professional or business contact information does not constitute personal information, such as name, title, position, address, e-mail address or telephone number.
Purpose of collection
Les Sommets collects, uses and communicates personal information in order to adequately meet the needs of its current, potential and/or future customers. The collection of personal information is also intended to optimize the services offered by les Sommets.
For example, les Sommets may collect information for the following purposes :
Administrative (billing, payments, supplier management, customer subscription management, etc.).
Advertising and communications (product development, social network management, newsletter, etc.);
Security;
Any other purpose authorized by law.
Les Sommets ensures that information is up-to-date, complete and authentic at the time of use.
Collection and use of personal information
Les Sommets may collect personal information in the course of any interaction with its current and future customers, in particular, by telephone, e-mail, mail, videoconference or by consulting social networks or its website www.sommets.com (hereinafter the "Website") as well as any other Internet page accessible via hyperlinks on the Website and held by les Sommets.

The mountains owned and managed by les Sommets are equipped with several surveillance cameras (without facial recognition) installed at various locations on the sites. Les Sommets may be called upon to collect recordings from its surveillance cameras, in particular to ensure security.
Certain non-identifiable information is automatically collected when you navigate les Sommets' website and its social networks. In fact, les Sommets may use "cookies" or other cookies to collect certain personal information. This information may include, but is not limited to, your IP address, your region, your web browsing history, the date and time of your visit, information about your device and network, and your connection speed.
In addition, information is also automatically collected, for example, when ski area subscribers access the mountains and use the ski lifts.
In all cases, les Sommets collects information only to fulfill the purpose of this privacy policy.
Consent

Consent may be implied in certain situations, for example, when an individual decides to provide his or her personal information after being informed of the content of this policy.

Les Sommets obtains the consent of the persons concerned before collecting personal information concerning them from third parties.
Les Sommets will not collect personal information from minors, i.e. persons under the age of 14, without the consent of the holder of parental authority or the tutor, except when the collection will clearly benefit such minors.
When a user communicates personal information concerning a third party, he implicitly declares that, by transmitting the information, he has obtained the third party's consent to its collection, use and communication by les Sommets.
Duration of use and retention of personal information
Les Sommets will retain personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected.

Retention
Les Sommets ensures that information is up-to-date and accurate at the time of use.
The data collected is stored in a secure and controlled environment located in Quebec. Les Sommets uses security protocols and measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Les Sommets may also collect personal information indirectly through the use of "Lightspeed POS", "Bookeo", "Camping Québec", "Monéris", among others, all of which have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies for which les Sommets is not responsible.
Destruction
At the end of the retention period or when personal information is no longer required, les Sommets will ensure that it is anonymized (no link between the information and the person concerned). Les Sommets will anonymize the information in a secure manner, and in order to ensure the protection of said information.
Disclosure of personal information and consent
In principle, les Sommets will obtain the consent of the persons concerned before communicating their personal information to third parties.
However, disclosure of personal information to third parties is sometimes necessary. Thus, personal information may be communicated to third parties without the consent of the persons concerned, notably when the Act so provides or when requested by the following persons:
Les Sommets will include in future contracts with its suppliers and subcontractors, among other things, a clause indicating the measures they must take to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information communicated and that the use of this information is made only within the framework of the execution of the contract.
It is possible that personal information held by les Sommets may be communicated to cloud service providers whose server(s) are located outside Quebec or when les Sommets occasionally deals with suppliers and/or subcontractors located outside the province.
Rights of access and rectification
Upon reasonable notice, you may submit a written request for les Sommets to anonymize your data. To exercise these rights, you may contact the person responsible for the protection of personal data at les Sommets.
You may also, by written request addressed to the person in charge, request access to your personal information held by les Sommets and request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal. Les Sommets will respond in writing within a reasonable time.
Please note that anyone who subscribes to the les Sommets newsletter may remove their name from the mailing list by using the "unsubscribe" option.
Management of security incidents and handling of complaints
Any person wishing to make a complaint concerning the application of this policy or, more generally, the protection of his or her personal information by les Sommets, must do so in writing to the person responsible for the protection of personal information.
The individual must provide his or her name, contact information, including a telephone number, as well as the subject and reasons for the complaint, giving sufficient details to allow les Sommets to evaluate the complaint. If the complaint is not sufficiently precise, the Privacy Officer may request any additional information he or she deems necessary to assess the complaint.
Les Sommets will respond in writing to the complaint within a reasonable period of time following its receipt. Les Sommets may request any additional information deemed necessary and required by the Privacy Officer in order to process the complaint.
It is also possible to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or any other supervisory body with respect to the protection of personal information.
Limitation of liability of les Sommets
Les Sommets is responsible for the protection of the information it holds.
The website may contain links to other websites that are not owned by les Sommets and for which les Sommets is not responsible for the confidentiality of the information collected there.
Publication, modification and updating
This policy is published on les Sommets' website. Any changes will be posted on the website.
Your continued access to our websites or provision of personal information following any changes to this Policy will constitute your implied consent to such changes.

The personal and recreational use of drones is strictly prohibited on all properties belonging to les Sommets de la Vallée Inc.
The use of drones for commercial purposes could be exceptionally authorized following a written request and analysis and authorization from us. Compliance with the safety conditions and laws must also be respected. Violation of this policy may result in expulsion from the site.
