Your USER ID can be found in the Employee Portal section of the email just sent to you with the subject line "Welcome to the team".

Note your user code: it's your unique identifier, and you must enter it each time you log in. 

If you are using the portal for the first time*, your first PASSWORD will be seven characters: the 4 digits of your birth year + the last 3 digits of your Social Security number. Please note that you must use the email address that was provided when you were hired.

*Please note that if you have accessed the Employee Portal in the past, the default password must have been changed and must be used again.  

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the portal and click on "Forgot password". A new temporary password will be emailed to you.

Please note that if you receive a "Dossier incomplet" message in the email you received, you will need to contact us to complete the missing information in your employee file and obtain your Employee Portal login.

Having trouble accessing the Employee Portal?

• Google Chrome is the preferred browser.

• Use the "Forgot password" button on the Employee Portal home page (if necessary)
