Program terms and conditions of purchase

Age reference

For all categories, the age reference for the Programs is based on January 1st, 2022. The programs begin on either January 15 or 16, 2022, depending on the lesson date for which your child is registered.

PLEASE NOTE: The following programs start the previous week: the Sommet Saint-Sauveur Masters Series, the Sommets Snoprk Program and all Pre-Instructor and assistant Programs start on January 8, 2022. The Sommet Edelweiss full-day All-Terrain Program and pre-competition starts on January 8 and 9, 2022.

Registration reminder

You will receive a registration reminder for your ski school program by email in mid-December that will also explain everything you need to know before you arrive for your first lesson.

Access to the Sommet

When you register, you must purchase a season pass or a school pass valid for the day of your program that will give you access to the ski resorts for the duration of the program. Your school pass is valid from Saturday, January 8 or Sunday, January 9, 2022, as well as the two weekends following the end of the program, depending on the lesson date for which your child is registered. Take advantage of this added value!

Take your picture

You must come to the resort at least one week before the programs start to have your picture taken and collect your school pass or season pass.

Replacement of a school pass

Fees apply for the replacement of a school pass or season pass.

Postpone a lesson

The Snow School reserves the right to postpone a group lesson depending on the weather conditions. Parents are responsible for contacting the Snow School to see whether a lesson has been cancelled. The decision will be made the day of and posted on our website at 7:00 a.m. It is therefore IMPERATIVE for you to visit the resort’s website to find out the lesson status.

Cancellation of a program

All programs may be cancelled due to under-enrollment. In this case, the amount of your registration will be refunded in full.

No refund

No refund, credit, or re-do will be granted for a missed lesson.

No request for a program refund will be accepted once the programs have started. In the event of an injury, a gift card will be issued for the unused lesson hours. Please note that an administrative fee of $40 will be applied. This fee applies even when a doctor’s note is provided. A doctor’s note must be provided within 15 days following the injury or the credit will not be issued.
