For the first time, the Festival Bien-Être is coming to the Laurentians! On September 19, join us at the foot of Sommet Saint-Sauveur for a session of mat Pilates, breathwork, a DJ, snacks, and surprise gifts.

 

Take a break from 1 pm to 4 pm and enjoy an event thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.

 

On the schedule

  • 1 pm: Welcome & set up your mat
  • 1:15 pm: Mat Pilates class — Led by Aura Studio
  • 2:15 pm: Breathwork session — Led by Stacey Giannopoulos
  • 3 pm: Snacks, drinks & DJ — A moment to connect and unwind in the mountains
  • 3:30 pm: Surprise gifts — Exclusive gifts and discounts from your favorite brands

 

What to bring?

  • Your yoga mat
  • A water bottle
  • Sportswear
