Tickets, Season Sasses

and Ski School programs

It is possible to change the date of your visit. However, you must respect the following conditions:

Fill out the following form.
Your request must be submitted at Maximum 23:59 pm the day before the date of the initial visit.
Tickets must be available (inventory) on the day of your postponement request.
Your request will be automatically accepted if you comply with conditions 1, 2, and 3.
Don't forget to keep your original ticket.
Present yourself with your ticket on the date of your new request.

A customer service agent will contact you ONLY if your request is not applicable.

You bought a Season Pass that you would need to postpone until next season? Complete this form, taking care to indicate which products you wish to keep for the current season and which products you wish to postpone to next season.

*You have until december 15, 2024 to send your postponement request for your Season Pass 2024-2025.

Requests for credits or refunds for 2024-2025 season passes are now closed.

2025-2026 Season

Until December 15, 2025, you can take advantage of the les Sommets Ski Guarantee to request a credit or refund for a 2025-2026 season pass.

Fill in this form and select the products for which you would like a credit or refund.

Between December 16, 2025, and March 15, 2026, we will apply the cancellation policy rules for credit or refund requests. (See cancellation policy details)

As of March 16, 2026, no credit or refund requests will be accepted.

**Daily ticket: Daily tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the correct date change form. Do not fill out this form.

We are now taking names for the 2025-2026 season.

Some Racing Teams are currently "full" for this season. However, it is possible to add your child's name to a waiting list. A Club member will contact you if a place becomes available. This list is now the only one used to count people waiting.

It is also possible to add your child's name for next season.
