Les Sommets Renews Its Partnership with Le Challenge rose to Support Breast Cancer Research Through 2028

Les Sommets is proud to announce the renewal of its commitment as a Gold Sponsor of Le Challenge rose organized by the Cancer Research Society through 2028. Through this partnership, the company continues its mission to support breast cancer research in Quebec and unite its community around a meaningful cause.

As part of this commitment, les Sommets aims to raise $20,000 annually to support Le Challenge rose, a fundraising initiative dedicated exclusively to financing breast cancer research projects.

Community Events Supporting Cancer Research

Throughout the year, several fundraising activities will bring together guests, employees, partners and community members:

• Rando x yoga: a wellness-focused event where $3 from each registration is donated to the Cancer Research Society.
• Jeudis Humour: a series of comedy shows with all ticket sales donated to the cause.
• Minigolf Tournament: a family-friendly activity where proceeds from every game support breast cancer research.

Honouring the Legacy of Béatrice Hébert

This partnership carries special meaning for les Sommets. Béatrice Hébert, ambassador and second-generation shareholder, left a lasting impact through her generosity, dedication and unwavering commitment to helping others.

Following her passing in February 2026 after a courageous battle with breast cancer, the organization has deepened its commitment to advancing research and supporting those affected by the disease. Her legacy continues to inspire initiatives rooted in compassion, hope and community solidarity.

Le Challenge rose is part of the Cancer Research Society’s fundraising program and combines a multi-day hiking challenge with wellness activities such as yoga, meditation and group reflection. Participants are empowered to challenge themselves, build meaningful connections and directly support life-changing cancer research.
